Our annual  Pow Wow planning  is soon to begin.

On November 19 and 20 th.  our tribe is putting on one of the greatest events of our culture.  A lot of work goes into organizing and initiating this event.   As a member of this Tribe I am sure you are wanting to help during this time of our large event fund raiser.  We could use your help for both days or any hours you can help,  would be very appreciated.   The food tent needs helpers for cooking, serving, cleanup.   Help is needed on  Friday to set up the Pow Wow grounds and Vendor areas and Sunday afternoon to perform a quick breakdown  of the tents and cook area.                                      

If you have your Regalia and if you want to participate in the Native American dancing please  come out and join us celebrate our heritage and culture.   If you have Regalia, you could walk around  to display our native  Creek dress and if you can, speak of our local history  and our native past. This would add so much color and history to the Pow Wow and you will have an enjoyable time yourself, meet other Tribe members  and become active in the Tribe.

The Tribal Council meeting location has changed as of June 2010

monthly meetings are held on the 4th Monday at the location below;

          United Way Building
